A special concert commemorating the 70th anniversary of People's Artist and retired President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Eldar Mansurov, was held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace. This event was organized through the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Culture, the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic, and the Heydar Aliyev Palace.
The evening featured captivating performances by the Azerbaijan State Symphony Orchestra under the direction of People's Artist Javanshir Jafarov, as well as the Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble, led by People's Artist Rufat Khalilzade. Distinguished artists such as Mubariz Tagiyev, Flora Kerimova, Javan Zeynalli, Brilliant Dadasheva, along with Honored Artists and others, graced the stage as soloists, delivering renditions of the composer's cherished compositions.
In the concluding remarks, the honoree of the evening expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Culture for orchestrating this heartfelt tribute.
